Write a short brief
Specify the approximate crop, background approach and clothing guidance appropriate to the organisation. Keep the instructions simple enough that people can follow them without studio equipment.
Review the set together
- Compare face size and headroom.
- Check light and colour differences.
- Use similar editing restraint.
- Keep each person's approval and current likeness.
One portrait cropped at the forehead beside another showing half the body can make the page feel uneven. A common framing standard solves that more directly than applying a strong filter to everything.
Avoid false uniformity
Do not reshape faces or skin tones to make the grid match. If generated portraits are used, review each person's consent and likeness carefully and keep the presentation appropriate to the organisation. A coherent team page should remain a truthful collection of the people who work there.
