Review the sharing route
Before asking for feedback, choose a small set and confirm who can open it. Avoid including screenshots with conversations, addresses or unrelated people.
Keep the set limited
- Store originals separately from sharing copies.
- Share only the candidates needed for feedback.
- Check link access and expiry controls where available.
- Remove temporary shared copies when finished.
A folder created for one friend may remain accessible through an old link. Rechecking permissions after the review is a useful part of the workflow.
Separate local and service copies
Deleting a file from your phone does not necessarily delete an upload sent to an editing or generation service. Review that product's controls separately. Keep only the material you need, and do not assume a private-looking interface makes the entire process private by default.
